Merino wool is Eco-friendly and hard wearing...It contains Lanolin and that gives it "Antibacterial" and "Antimicrobial" properties which is self cleaning, so a good shaking or light brushing will keep it clean, or a little time in the sun will make it smell nice and fresh.
